Times are changing. Times are scary. Everything is so different right now and that alone can cause so much anxiety. My go-to for dealing with stress and anxiety means going to my journal and writing it all out. So in the spirit of writing it all out, and in the spirit of brevity, here is a journal prompt that I hope can help you deal with anxiety.

2. What can be changed? What can't be?

3. How can you create stillness?

4. What can be taken from this experience of anxiety to deal with future experiences of anxiety?
